Specification Formats from the CFA
When ordering or installing an anchor the contractor may rely on the
specification details shown on the drawing for the information from which he
orders the fixings and the installer for the parameters by which he installs
them. If any of this information is missing, or lacking in detail, the wrong
fixing may be acquired or installation may be carried out incorrectly. The
Sample Specification Formats shown below have been designed help specifiers
call up the fixing with enough detail to ensure the right fixing is ordered
and the right parameters used in its installation.
